The Intelligent Energy Project of Phoenix City in New Guangming District
Project Overview:
“Guangming Phoenix City”(hereinafter referred to as the “Community”) is located in south-east of Guangming Office of the New Guangming District occupying an area of 1489 hectares, the total investment is 86.3 billion Yuan, which is one of the 13 major development zones in Shenzhen City. This zone will be developed into “the recreation area with metropolis countryside literature and the Demonstration zone of sponge city of unique characteristics”. The wisdom exhibition platform system project of Phoenix City is jointly developed by Farad Electric and Shenzhen Construction Scientific Institute, the project is a software platform used for monitoring, inspecting and evaluating progress and efficiency of the urban area construction and the system can reflect the city's construction efficiency of green ecology in real time, and intelligently comparing the matching rate of the city's planning with real implementation, to scientifically monitor, inspect and evaluate the progress and efficiency of urban construction, after the platform being put into production, it played key roles for boosting comprehensive and healthy rapid development of the urban.
Characteristics of the Project:
●Adopting advanced and leading software architecture and technology: The design, grid connection and deployment are conducted on the basis of cloud architecture and the IOT technology;
●Wide data acquisition range: Including various data, such as environment, energy, water resource, traffic and high-performance buildings etc.
●Strong compatibility and expansibility: The system is constructed on the principles of science, intensive, forward compatibility and sharing cooperation, to fully utilize existing technical facilities and information resources, at the same, meet the scientific development demands of the show and control platform in the future.
Solutions:
The solutions is based on cloud computing and the IOT technology, adopting the existing and new monitoring points to acquire the data and image of local atmospheric environment, water environment, energy, traffic, high-performance building and carbon emission etc. and transmit it to the information center and data exhibition center for real time analysis and exhibition. The system is mainly consisted of six subsystems, and their functions are as follows:
●Geographic Information Subsystem
The system is an urban-level exhibition control platform and is developed basing on the geographic information system, it can exhibit all roads and buildings in the urban area in the form of 2D or 2.5D, the interface is intuitive and friendly.
●Regional Exhibition Control Subsystem
●Building Exhibition Control Subsystem
The subsystem mainly selects the high-performance building as the example, using a 3D model to show the adopted green construction technologies, and the energy consumption and water consumption environmental data monitored in real time, as well as the main equipment assets in the buildings, to achieve operation management to the buildings.
●Green Ecological Indicators Subsystem
The subsystem treats the indictor system of green ecological urban area of the New Guangming District and similar advanced regions indicators at home and abroad as the marker rod, to show the green ecological achievements of the New Guangming District. Main indicators of the subsystem includes: Regional environment, energy, water resource, traffic, carbon emission and high-performance buildings etc.
●Data Analysis Subsystem
The subsystem has the functions of inquiry, analysis and intelligent summary of relevant data; it can also implement comparison in different dimensions, such as time dimension, space dimension, so that the reporting can be output according to the requirements. The system data mainly comes from automatic acquisition of on-site sensors and data import from the third party.
