Project Overview:

Fenghuang Mountain Phase I 20MW photovoltaic project is the local first photovoltaic power generation project to construct the project centralized access type large photovoltaic power station with the barren mountain and land slope in Chayashan Mountain of Suiping County. The total installed capacity is 20MWp, average annual power generation capacity is about 20.70 million kW•h, average annual in-grid hours are 1035h, the efficiency of the photovoltaic power generation system is 81%. It is estimated to save standard coal by 175499.1 tons, reduce the carbon dioxide emission by 486035 tons. When protecting the natural ecology, the project can also bring considerable economic benefit for south Henan Province.

Characteristics of the Project:

●Insufficient public supporting facilities: Fenghuang Mountain is at the remote and mountainous area with undeveloped supporting facilities such as road and communication in south Henan Province;

●Big project size: the whole project occupies an area of 757mu and requires installing 76896polysilicon assembly with nominal power of 260Wp;

●EPC turn-key engineering: including design, purchase and construction of the photovoltaic power station and 35KV grid connection access.

Solutions:

●Photovoltaic DC system adopt modular design, power distribution, metering and dispatching functions overall integration, seamless docking power grid dispatching, quick installation debugging, the grid connection power generation of the whole project was constructed only within 3 months;

●Photovoltaic power generation system composes of 18subsystems, after local boosting with 1MW centralized inverter and 35kV booster transformer; it is connected with the 35KV switching station, and is transmitted to the opposite Chayashan Mountain transformer substation through 35KV outgoing line;

●Smart monitoring operation and maintenance platform, timely discover the potential hazard, timely operation and maintenance, 7×24 service platform, quick remove the fault; ensure the power station efficient running.
