Zhanjiang Port Baoman Container Terminal Phase I Project Power Distribution Lighting System and Digital Electronic Truck Scale Procurement Project

Zhanjiang Port Baoman Container Terminal Phase I project is a provincial key construction project approved by the National Development and Reform Commission. At present, two berths specially designed for containers with a capacity of 50,000 tons have been built to anchor the vessels with 125,000 TEUs. The annual throughput reaches 800,000 international TEUs, and five large container cranes are provided; the yard is equipped with 15 field cranes. Baoman Port is an international new port listed as the key construction projects in the Zhanjiang Port's future planning.

 In this project, we provide one-stop EPC services including high and low voltage transformer and distribution system consulting, telegraph loading, drawing design, equipment supply, installation and commissioning, power acceptance, and engineering maintenance. Its specific contents: purchase, installation and commissioning of high and low voltage switchboard, capacitor compensation cabinets, high and low voltage power cables, transformers, low voltage intensive bus duct, yard-type transformer station and integrated automation equipment of substation; purchase, installation and commissioning of power and lighting systems for related equipment in port areas, central substations, etc.; purchase, installation and testing of lightning protection and anti-static grounding systems for equipment in port areas and substations; purchase and installation of power and control cable trays, support arms and brackets, columns, bridge accessories, digital electronic truck scales, which are required by this project; installation and testing of high and low voltage power cables, control cables, and cable bridges; purchase, laying and testing of all power cables and shielding twisted pair required by the project; purchase, installation and commissioning of container bridge high-voltage power cabinet and low-voltage shore power cabinet, power distributing cabinet, portable power cabinet, lighthouse lighting and electric cabinet, cooler distribution box, cooler socket, high pole street light, combined aluminum alloy sliding wire, sliding wire low voltage distribution cabinet, ERTG power supply automatic connecting device; purchase, installation and testing of digital electronic truck scale.

The single contract amount of the substation project of Zhanjiang Port Baoman Container Terminal power transformation and distribution EPC project exceeds 0.1 billion yuan. It is another landmark project of the company in the field of port.

Zhanjiang Baoman Logistics Center Outdoor Power Supply& Lighting Project

The project is located in Lingang Industrial Park, Zhanjiang Port, Guangdong Province, and reaches the completed Zhanjiang Port Baoman Container Terminal Phase I project in the south. Baoman Logistics Center covers a buildable land area of 433,600 square meters, with a total construction area of about 26,400 square meters. Together with construction of supporting facilities and devices for port supervision, business, fire protection, sewage treatment, power supply, maintenance, etc.，It becomes a B-type bonded logistics center with annual an annual container throughput of 110,000 international TEUs and annual break-bulk cargo throughput of 400,000 tons, possessing the logistics functions including warehousing, distribution, procurement, processing and value-added services, and bonded functions such as tax exemption, tax refunds, etc.

In the Zhanjiang Baoman Logistics Center outdoor power supply &lighting project, we provide the EPC services for the entire process, which are integrated into solution consulting, drawing design, equipment supply, installation and commissioning, power acceptance and engineering maintenance. They include outdoor lighting engineering, power transformation and distribution engineering of the substation, lighting and electrical control systems and substation automation systems; assisting owners in completing the trial operation, rectification, training, compilation of as-built drawings, and submission of all completed data.
