Tencent Marina Mansion Project
Tencent Binhai Mansion is located in Shenzhen Nanshan Hi-Tech Park, including a 248-meter-high 50-storey South Tower, a 194-meter-high 41-storey North Tower and three links which connect two towers and in which shared facilities are installed. The project covers an area of 18,650 square meters and is a comprehensive building integrated into office, scientific research, conference, restaurant, commerce, exhibition halls, etc. It is one of the representative symbols of Tencent's international image and an important gateway for Tencent's diplomatic reception and the concentrated reaction zone for the construction of corporate culture.
In this project, we are responsible for supply, installation, commissioning, application for installation, drawings reviewing, acceptance, power transmission and project maintenance and other EPC services of equipment, such as 10kV outdoor electric lining engineering, high and low voltage power transformation and distribution engineering and power monitoring system software. As it is the global headquarters that Tencent plans to use, the cooperation with Tencent will definitely open up a new and broad development space for Farad.
