Power Transformation and Distribution of Renewal Project of CR Land Dachong Village Dayong Business Center

Renewal project of CR Land Dachong Village is located in the Central District of Hi-tech Park in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. The total land area is 69.46 hectares and the total construction area is 2.8 million square meters. LOT 1 of the first phase of the Dachong renewal project is the relocation of the Dayong Business Center. The project covers an area of 32,117.75 square meters, with a construction area of 495,755.67 square meters and the building height ranging from 116.3 to 200 meters. The transformer capacity is 37,960 KVA. We undertake all tasks about indoor high and low voltage power distribution and outdoor 10KV electric lining engineering of the Dayong Business Center project, including the application for construction, installation, acceptance, power transmission and after-sales service.

China Resources University Indoor Power Transformation and Distribution Project

The project of China Resources Xiaojingwan China Resources University is located in Xiaojingwan, Xiayong Town, Dayawan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, with a total construction area of 54,850 square meters. It is a subitem of the Xiaojingwan Project and the key project of China Resources Group for full implementation of its “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” strategic goal. The scope of works undertaken by Farad includes the installation work of indoor transformer and distribution system, and application for installation, installation and commissioning, acceptance and power transmission and after-sales service of 10KV external cable laying project.
