Shenzhen Evergrande Fashion Huigu Mansion Project is located in Jiantao Industrial Park, Dalang Street, Longhua New District, Shenzhen, with the total land area of 85,748.43㎡, the plot ratio of 4.56, and the total construction area of about 39,1260.00㎡. It consists of 11 not-more-than-60-meter loft apartments, residences, office buildings, shops, etc., and its construction is divided into two phases.

Farad is responsible for procurement of high and low voltage equipment, installation and commissioning, acceptance, energization and handover of those equipment to Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau, and assists Party A in coordinating the timely access of outdoor electric lines within the constructions cope of work.

Permanent Electrical Engineering of Shenzhen Evergrande Tianjing Mansion Project

The Shenzhen Evergrande Tianjing Mansion project is a 46-storey commercial complex which is 220.2-meter-high and is composed of A and B towers, a 4-storey podium, and a 3-storey basement. The total area is about 151,291.550 square meters.
There are 6 transformer rooms in the project (respectively located in Basement 1, Floor 27of Tower A and B, Floor 5 of Building B), 1 public switch room (located in Basement 1), 1 high voltage transformer room (located in Basement 1), 1 generator room (located in Basement 1). There is a total of 12 transformers of about 10390KVA.
